The problem with studying in an area with beautiful surroundings is that you CAN't study, especially when the weather is as nice as it appears in your pictures. Besides, the last thing any normal person would want to be doing in the middle of the summer is studying.
I was born & raised in a Catholic bubble. The religion was handed down to me without question or inquiry. During college, everything I had grown to know was challenged and I started to step away from my faith. Now, I'm rediscovering the beauty of being Catholic alongside my three children. In a world that glorifies what we look like, what we posses, and the pursuit of what makes us feel good, how do we still feel empty? And how can we fill that emptiness? It appears that the answers to these questions were always right in front of me-- in my Catholic faith!
