Who orders ceasar salad at a mexican restaurant?....besides me. But it was delicious and I can pretend it was healthy. I never give in to social expectations. I always give in to the whim of my desire.

I was born & raised in a Catholic bubble. The religion was handed down to me without question or inquiry. During college, everything I had grown to know was challenged and I started to step away from my faith. Now, I'm rediscovering the beauty of being Catholic alongside my three children. In a world that glorifies what we look like, what we posses, and the pursuit of what makes us feel good, how do we still feel empty? And how can we fill that emptiness? It appears that the answers to these questions were always right in front of me-- in my Catholic faith!

Keep following the whims, always makes life more interesting. I am not sure that I have ever been to a Mexican restaurant that featured Ceasar salad on the menu.

Since I am the only person on the planet who doesn't like Mexican food ... I would also be pouring over the menu for some alternative to "spicy something in a shell."
